BOSS Seminar Series

The mission of the BOSS Seminar Series it to provide business owners information toward a systematic approach to succession from the business and enhancing the value of their business. 

  • We offer a curriculum approach to the business succession journey and business enhancements.  The business succession journey starts with looking at the business owner and ends with the various endgame options available.  This monthly series will take the business owner through the process of preparing themselves and the business for a successful endgame.   

  • The business enhancement series will discuss the 8 drivers of business value based on the Value Builder System.  We will look at each driver throughout the series and discuss what the driver indicates, discovery of weaknesses in the driver and strategic action steps that can overcome those weaknesses.
