Intangible Assets – The Value of Leadership

Leadership is the ability to influence, guide and empower others to achieve a common goal. Not all business owners are leaders, but the most successful organizations have strong leadership in place.

Leadership profoundly affects any organization’s value. Some people seem to be “born leaders”. For some, this comes naturally, for others, it’s a learned activity. There are many factors that affect leadership in a company and this session will explore the differences between leadership and management and how to develop leadership skills in your organization.

Wise employers know that it’s better to “hire for attitude, and train for skill”. Leadership (or the lack of it) can be found in various levels of your organization. Recognizing and developing “leadership potential” is key to building a strong, valuable, sale-able business.
