What is Trust & Relationship Equity?

The four pillars of Intangible Assets are:

• Authority
• Visibility
• Trust
• Relationship Equity

In February’s session we discussed Authority & Visibility – how this affects business growth, where we are in the process, and what we need to do to improve.

What we learned is:

Authority is about content. It’s what you know and what makes you a leader in your field. Visibility is how your content is delivered. This is accomplished through your market-planning and actions.

This session is about Trust & Relationship Equity

Trust & Relationship Equity are about your people and your customers. This is the most impactful company asset, and affects its transferability.

In part 2 of Intangible Assets we will take a closer look at Trust & Relationship Equity and how that affects the value and transferability of your business.

This session will be facilitated in workshop format by Brian Pascouau, owner of Big Deal Marketing Group.
